Chicken Saltimbocca  Roulades -Served with Flash-Wilted Spinach, Garlic Whipped Potatoes, Roasted Mushroom Caps, and Fresh Vegetables. finished with a Red Wine Brodo.

Fish Francaise - Served with a Beurre Blanc Sauce over Lemon and Asparagus Risotto with fresh vegetables.
